When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information from your device and game sessions:

• Device Information: device model, operating system, language, and region.
• App Information: app version, build number, and installation channel (development or production).
• Usage Data: gameplay events (e.g., game start, merge actions, score, ad interactions), screen views, session duration, and in-app purchase attempts.
• Crash Data: stack traces, device state at the time of crash, and non-identifiable technical diagnostics.
• Advertising Data: mobile advertising ID (IDFA or AAID), ad impressions, ad clicks, reward events, and basic interest keywords.

All data are collected anonymously; we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you.

1.2 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App does not use cookies; however, integrated third-party services may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide their functionality (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the App and its core gameplay features.
• To analyze usage and improve game balance, performance, and user experience.
• To monitor and fix crashes, bugs, and other technical issues.
• To serve in-game advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads.
• To deliver remote configuration parameters (e.g., difficulty tweaks, A/B tests) without requiring an app update.
• To process optional in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google Firebase

• Firebase Analytics: collects anonymized usage statistics and game events.
• Firebase Crashlytics: collects crash reports and non-identifiable diagnostics.
• Firebase Remote Config: fetches configuration values to adjust gameplay balance and run A/B tests.

3.2 Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and app interaction data to serve and measure ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

3.3 Apple / Google In-App Purchases

When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive your payment information; we only obtain confirmation of the purchase to grant in-game items.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (European Economic Area)

If you are located in the EEA, we process your data under the following legal bases:

• Legitimate Interests: to operate, improve, and secure the App.
• Consent: for personalized advertisements, where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time via the in-game settings or your device settings.

5. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, after which they are aggregated or deleted. Ad data retention follows Google AdMob's standard policies.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside of your country. We rely on Firebase and AdMob's compliance frameworks (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
